Mr. Imran Ayaz, Advocate, completed his law degree and afterward Master of Law as well and has been providing services in various fields of law, including, but not limited to Criminal including Cyber, FIA, and NAB cases along with Civil, Arbitration, Labour & Service Matters, Intellectual Property Rights (Trademark, Patent, Copyright and Industrial Design) , matters relating to Property Law, inter-alia, Suits, Writs, Appeals, Revisions, Complaints relating to Debt Recovery, Dishonor of Cheques, Rent Control Act, Cheque Bounce Matters, Matrimonial disputes and drafting and vetting of various agreements, documents, will, MoU, and so on.
He has a total of 5+ years of professional experience in providing all kinds of legal consultancy and advisory services. These 5+ years have led Mr. Imran Ayaz to gain proficiency, not only in arguing before the Honorable Courts, Arbitration councils but also in consulting clients and even in the art of drafting and pleading. He has been practicing in High Courts and all other kinds of District and Session Courts and other forums.
Advocate Imran Ayaz is always keen to help clients from all over Pakistan. He is also running a free legal aid cell to help people who are not able to pay financially and are in need of legal assistance from a lawyer.
